• Simplicity: The MC2000 series features a standard modular structural design for the overall system. All sub-components are highly universal. Sub-modules are pre-installed in the factory. The equipment cabinets and IT cabinets are combined on-site. With low requirements for the installation site, the equipment can be put into use quickly after arrival. During operation, only one monitoring and management system is needed, eliminating the need to deal with multiple interfaces.
• Efficiency: The MC2000 series offers three types of enclosed channels: fully enclosed cold and hot aisles (recommended), closed cold aisle, and natural cooling. Cold aisle enclosure can significantly improve the utilization of cooling capacity. Hot aisle enclosure can enhance the cooling efficiency of air conditioners. Full enclosure of both cold and hot aisles improves both cooling capacity utilization and air-conditioner cooling efficiency, with a leading PUE value in the industry.
• Flexibility: With a standard modular structural design for the overall system and highly universal sub-modules, various solutions can be achieved through combination according to needs. Easy expansion can be realized in the later stage.
• Reliability: The fully enclosed cold and hot aisles are self-contained and adaptable to various environmental sites. The standardized architecture design of the overall system avoids system design problems. The system has a fault-tolerant design, ensuring high reliability. The separation of strong and weak current reduces electromagnetic interference. It has passed the seismic performance test with power on at intensity levels 8 and 9.
• Intelligence: The MC2000 series has a built-in monitoring system and a 10.1-inch touch-screen. You can directly read power, AC, environmental, and UPS parameters on it or monitor them remotely. It can connect to a superior platform for multi-site management.Each MC2000 cabinet has an intelligent LED light strip. It’s blue (normal) at 18 – 27℃, turns from yellow to red (warning) above 27℃, and shows white when the front door opens for maintenance. Linked to a top-mounted infrared sensor, the light strip activates when someone approaches and turns off 5 minutes after they leave.
